WOW, It must be great. No doubt when it comes to work life balance, its more difficult to manage for a business man rather than an employed person.
But its really important to give some time to you and your family, its just charge you up with more energy and passion. What do you think?

I am a big football fan (Go England) and I have been following your blogs, I want to read more of your observations on the World Cub from a non fan point of view.
What I want now is to share with you is my thoughts on the G20 protesters. I have watched protests in other cities for these summits and always wondered how they mobilized all these people. So today I found out that the “Convergence Center” for one of the main protest groups was opening. I took a walk over to the “Convergence Centre” to see what it was all about. Posted on the door was several signs. One sign stated the media was not welcome and that they should contact a particular phone number. Another sign stated “State Stay Out” and listed various agencies they did not want to come in “No Cops, No RCMP, No CISIS” and various other acronyms that I did not recognize. But the last one on the list was “No Vampires!”, I was not aware that Vampires were a state agency.
Once inside the “Convergence Center” I noticed that they have a fairly large space complete with a lounge area, an arts area, a propaganda zone, and even a communications centre complete with several computers and a handful of teckies.
Being in my mid thirties and clean shaven except for my trimmed moustache, It did not take long before I was approached and asked if I was a cop, to which I promptly stated back “No... I am an Artist”. Even with that reply, I was still treated with suspicion.
When I got back to my downtown office, I had to go through security and show my ID, before being allowed to proceed to my office space. Once in the confines of my office, I wanted to know more about the protest group and how well organized they were. I found a blog on Now Magazine’s website where one of their reporters was asked to leave one of the organizer’s meetings. You know they have to be very radical when they do not even want the most left of left media to even know their plans.

Artic Fox - The person going to New York City was not an employee, but a client. He is renting an executive office suite from Telsec. I found out today that the client ended up staying in NYC for the entire weekend. Either way he was going to NYC to see his family for Thanksgiving. He chose to fly from the Island Airport because it was more convent, cost expensive and is much more eco-friendly than driving to Pearson and taking a large jet (not to mention the emissions the car puts out sitting in morning traffic trying to get to Person airport from downtown)

As an aside, Porter Airlines who fly out of the City Centre Airport uses the 76-seat Bombardier Q400s. This high-speed, twin engine turboprop (not a Jet) is one of the most technologically advanced regional aircraft in the world. This makes The Q400 is also among the most environmentally friendly aircraft today, burning 30 percent to 40 percent less fuel and producing an equally lower amount of emissions (and 10 decibels less noise) than comparable jets.

A Friend mentioned this blog to me and it was quite funny, a I too work in Toronto and have family in New Jersey. I had thought about going down for the weekend, but from the time I get from my office to Pearson air port my day is all taken up.

Thanks for the advice on flying out of the City Center AirPort, it would save me so much time and hassle when traveling to New Jersey.

I will also be talking to my boss to see if we might benefit from this telsec office space, instead of being at Yonge and Bloor

How environmentally conscience of this company to encourage short haul flights, the worst for the environment, for a parade! A PARADE for the love of God!!! Your panoramic view of the Toronto Islands and the Waterfront is valueless with a polluting airport. Be responsible and do your part and NOT CONTRIBUTE to climate change.

I agree with your comment. Working from home is not very effective. We may get lot of disturbance and we do not have proper policy has we have in office environment. One of my friend who did a business from home used a virtual office space from one of the best service provider they provide many benefits for their members and various packages and advantages. They also provide fully staffed office, we can use it only ads a part time when we need and it is very much affordable.
