Very useful information about saving money through coworking. However in the last three year, thousands of solo business owners have been turning to a practice called co-working to help bring down the cost of maintaining a working space. Aside from rent that could be cheaper.

[...] While a lot of small businesses start in someone’s basement or garage, they don’t want their potential clients to know this. The old way of hiding your home address was to rent a P.O. Box or a mailbox at the local storefront courier depot that offered these services. The problem was that some clients actually shied away from dealing with those businesses because a P.O. Box-based businesses seemed “shady.” [...]

When my marketing company needed photos of my office space Toronto, the team at Telsec were not only helpful in accommodating me, they put me in contact with their photographer. Their photographer had photos of the lobby and the boardrooms that I was able to share with my head office.

Thank you for this posting

I did not realize that with my monthly parking behind the Toronto Star building also included evenings and weekends. I saw this posting a few days ago and really did not read it until another post was made about parking. This weekend I am going to a family picnic at Centre Island,so instead of having to fight for a parking spot and pay $15 for it, I will just use my pass.

Thanks for this info

O very nice,i am an entrepreneur of a consultancy business having more than 1000000 customers in USA and overseas also,i had a big problem of handling my customer's phone calls,i will add a bit

Some corporations and business owners don't have the time to provide quality customer service and communication services to their customers and clients; therefore they outsource this department to a telephone answering service. Most of these services are set up like a call centre and have operators who will provide inbound or outbound phone calls. If the company has a large clientele and cannot keep up with the demand, they can use these services in order to protect the integrity of their business. Since most businesses are judged by the quality of their customer service, it is a good idea to use these types of services.

Meetings and coffee have always gone together and that's why Starbucks is on the right track with this one. Many business meetings today are informal already. Cost effective or not carrying on a meeting via Skype or another video conferencing software is extremely informal. So why not keep with a little tradition; keeping the coffee and losing the boardroom. Where is it written that it's against business meeting protocol that meetings can't be held in public establishments? So it's okay for the CEO to participate in a meeting while at his summer home in the Hampton’s but it's not okay for the rest of the group to participate at the local Starbucks cafe enjoying their personalized cup of java. The math just doesn’t workout on that one. I predict this trend will catch on and Starbucks won’t be the only coffee house running it’s own personal conference center.

I saw the link to this posting on Facebook and had to put my 2 cents in about Remembrance day not being a statutory holiday in Ontario. Only Ontario, Quebec and Manitoba do not have Remembrance Day as a statutory holiday.

What is interesting about this is that 53 of the 125 Canadian soldiers who have laid down their lives list their hometown in the province of Ontario, at least another 10 were stationed and living in Ontario for several years before being deployed. In other words Ontario has lost soldiers than any other province in this current war.

When will the people of Ontario speak up and tell the government that they want to see more recognition for Ontario's fallen soldiers.

BTW Yes, I have my poppy and I have even been volunteering to distribute poppies for my local Legion

You are going to owe Telsec a bunch of new office chairs. I read this blog entry and almost peed myself laughing. I told a few other people about this in the office kitchen and they went to check it out. You need to tell more people in the office space about your blog.

Bye the way, I have dealt with a lot of "Skippies" in my time at electronic stores and computer stores. Who knows maybe it is the same Skippy. As for farmer Bob, I use the sniff test and walk away if sales guy smells like farm animals.

WOW, It must be great. No doubt when it comes to work life balance, its more difficult to manage for a business man rather than an employed person.
But its really important to give some time to you and your family, its just charge you up with more energy and passion. What do you think?
