    While in a meeting this week, the conversation got side tracked and I jokingly asked, if people would use the city garbage service less, like they attended baseball games less after the strike of 1994 Major League Baseball strike?     This past weekend I went camping. While most of my fellow campers were Canadian, there was a number of Americans who were camping with us. One of the American I met was a custom office furniture manufacturer from Ohio.

    We had a chance to talk for a while and he mentioned that he has been doing business in Canada for the past 20 years without a Canadian Office.
